By downloading or using Taskzen you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.
Taskzen is a productivity app that uses artificial intelligence to break complex tasks into actionable steps and help you focus through timed sessions. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free accounts receive a limited number of AI task breakdowns per month. Once your free allowance is used, a Pro subscription is required for continued access.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Task breakdowns and suggestions are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output.
The Taskzen app, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Task content you submit remains yours.
Your use of Taskzen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Taskzen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or productivity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. On termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
